Once you fill out the online form, you will receive a confirmation email that the form was submitted. You will then receive a return authorization number in your email within 24-72 hours.
We want your return experience with to be as quick and simple as possible.

Once you receive this Authorization Number, you will then have an option to print out a PRE-PAID return label that you can print.
This will save you time and money with your return. (flat rates will be displayed before you complete the label)

  1. The online return form must be filled out.
  2. Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. (Orders placed from November 20th, 2020 through December 31st, 2020 can be returned through January 30th, 2021) 10 days for apparel.  The customer must have a return authorization number from This can be obtained by clicking on the logo above and filling out the information on the form. If a return authorization number is not written on the box or in the box, your return will be refused and sent back to you at your cost. If a company or person purchases a product(s) and used the item and wants to return the item(s), the return will be refused. (example, films/movies, weddings, vacations, etc)
  3. If an item is correctly delivered as per the order, the customer will incur the cost of returning the item and any additional shipping costs for an exchange of the item.
  4. All returned items must be returned in NEW condition and in the original undamaged packaging. Shoes must not be worn on any dirty surface, bags must have all tags and plastic coverings, accessories must have all the original undamaged packaging, and balls must be undrilled and not have any grease pencil lines on their surface. Balls that are plugged cannot be returned. Balls that are engraved by cannot be returned. If an item is returned and the item is not able to be resold, (shoes worn, roller bag used, original packaging not with item) the item will be returned to the customer at their expense. Gift Cards, Store Credits or Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. 
  5. All returned items should be packaged in a fashion so as to protect the original packaging. This is very important because any item or packaging that has been damaged will be sent back to the customer and there will be no future chance of exchange/refund.
  6. Items will be refunded within 7 days of their receipt by, so long as they have been judged to be in new condition. Drilled bowling balls cannot be returned.
  7. Any unauthorized refusal of delivery by the customer will result in the customer incurring any additional delivery charges. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  8. Discontinued, Closeout and Special Order items are not subject to return/exchange as long as they were delivered as ordered. Any bowling balls that were ordered with the Standard Drilling Service, Professional Drilling Service or Engraving and were received as ordered CANNOT be returned.
  9. There is a 15% restocking fee added to any returned item that was delivered as ordered.  If the item ordered was one of our "custom stock balls or pins", the restocking fee is 25%. (example: NCAA, MLB, NFL and any item that mentions "Custom Stock" in the product description on the product page. All Customized Bowling Balls and Pins cannot be returned. The customer will also be responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise if an item is delivered correctly. The Shoe Size Protection Plan is only to be used for actual customers purchasing shoes and not for companies or people purchasing shoes for photo shoots or other things and then returning them. If an item is delivered incorrectly there will be no restocking fee and will reimburse your method of payment for any shipping costs incurred by the customer. Custom Apparel orders can not be returned  or canceled unless defective or incorrect.
  10. If within the manufacturer's warranty a product becomes defective or it is defective out of the box, the customer may return the product to Bowlerstore for a replacement of that product or a refund of the product only. Bowlerstore also reserves the right to send a replacement part if there is a part (handle, wheel, slide sole, etc.) The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in this process except if a replacement part is shipped. It is the Customer's responsibility to know the length and conditions of the manufacturer's warranties - these can be found on the original packaging or by visiting the manufacturer's website. Any Drilling Charges are not refundable. Gouges or scratches in bowling balls do not qualify as a defective product. That is the responsibility of the bowling center.
  11. All returns must be shipped by either UPS, FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation for proof of delivery to our warehouses.
