This was the second ball I ordered from your web site. In both occasions the balls arrived with the specifications I had asked for and the delivery time was excellent (I.E) I ordered on a Sunday and the ball was at my door on thursday. Hi - Just wanted to let you know that I bought the danger zone 14.4 1.5 top and 3-4 pin- had it drilled by a friend on mine and the first night I used it at Hudson Bowl in Hudson Florida 01-26-07 I shot 299 and a 702 series. Thank you Doug on the tremendous job you did in laying out my ebonite the one replacement ball. You drilled it with about a 3 1/2 inch pin with the mass bias at about 45 degrees and the balls gets through the heads and hits like a truck on the backend. I have averaged over 220 with it in the first 9 sanctioned games I have thrown with it.

Fantastic Customer Service! I ordered a closeout bowling ball that was 14 lbs but I really need a 10 or 12. When I was called, because you were out of 14 lbs closeout, the person who called me did everything to make sure I would get the "last" 10 lb ball available. It was great to speak with a person (who called me! instead of me having to deal with trying to get a hold of someone). With email this doesn't happen very often with customer service! It was a pleasure - easy and talking with a knowledgeable person (I"m pretty sure his name was Doug)! Thank you. Christine Clark
