Return & Refund Policy

1)  All returns and/or requests for returns must be made within 15 days of the receipt of the item.
 
2)  There is a 15% restocking/exchange fee added to any returned item that was delivered as ordered. If an item is delivered incorrectly there will be no exchange fee and TheBowlersStore.Com will reimburse your method of payment for any shipping costs incurred by the customer.

3)  If an item is correctly delivered as per the order, The customer will incur the cost of returning the item and any additional shipping costs for an exchange of the item.

4) All returned/exchanged items must be returned in NEW condition and in the original undamaged packaging.  Shoes Must not be worn on any dirty surface, Bags must have all tags and plastic coverings, accessories must have all the original undamaged packaging, and balls must not have any grease pencil lines on their surface.

5)  All returned/exchanged items should be packaged in a fashion so as to protect the original packaging. This is very important because any item or packaging that has been damaged will be sent back to the customer and there will be no future chance of exchange/refund. 

6)  Items will be refunded/exchanged within 48 hours of their receipt by TheBowlersStore.com, so long as they have been judged to be in new condition.

7)  Any unauthorized refusal of delivery by the customer will result in the customer incurring any additional delivery charges.

8) Discontiued and Close out items are not subject to return/exchange as long as they were delivered as ordered.

9)  If within the manufacturer's warranty a product becomes defective,  the customer may return the product to TheBowlersStore.com for a replacement of that product.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in this process.  It is the Customer's responsibilty to know the length and conditions of the manufacturer's warranties - these can be found on the original packaging or by visiting the manufacturer's website.

10)  All return/exchanges must be shipped by either UPS of FedEX.

All items purchased from Bowlerstore.com will be shipped via UPS Ground to the 48 contigious United States.  At checkout you will be given other shipping options from UPS.

Shipping Rates

We are online with UPS using their Real Time Shipping system. Rates are based on weight, size and the zip code it is being delivered to.

Item Availability

Most items ordered from Bowlerstore.com will be in stock, if you order an item that is not in stock you will be notified within 24 hours.  Most items put on back order will be shipped out within 7 business days.

International shipping

Bowlerstore.com does offer international shipping. Simply enter your address and other information needed  and our system will give you the different shipping options available.
